Through focus and attention of our mission statement the Board of Directors our coaches and administrators will devote the time and energy required to educate and promote our players to the highest skill level possible. We will work hard throughout the season to encourage all players develop at the appropriate rate and become better skilled hockey players by the end of the season.

Finger Lakes Regional Hockey Association is a youth hockey program that offers instructions and supervision within the sport of ice hockey for boys and girls of Central New York. It is the mission of our organization to promote the sport of ice hockey and educate the players through a training platform that graduates kids into Tier 1 hockey opportunities. 

FLRHA has created an accelerated practice and training program that allows all players through hard work and dedication the opportunity of becoming Tier 1 hockey players within our section. FLRHA believes in promoting players to the highest level possible and encourages players at the appropriate time of their development to participate at the Tier 1 level.

Our training program and platform begins at the early age of five(5) years old and gradually accelerates through Mites (8U), Squirts (10U) and Pee Wee Minor (11U).

At the completion of this extensive training period from practices, games and skill development sessions, FLRHA will make recommendations of those players so deserving a release from our program to become rostered Tier 1 players of Central New York, while also continuing our pledge of the player development commitment platform for all players through Midgets (18U).

It is this graduation process and recognition of hard work, dedication and ability that we value our organization success. Not by wins and loses, not by quantity of players within the organization, but rather success of individuals players that we graduate to the highest level of hockey offered within our Section, while also continuing our dedication and commitment to improve all players ability through Midget hockey.
