Welcome to the 2018-2019 FLRHA Registration!

Registration is officially open!

**IMPORTANT** YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR THE CORRECT TEAM YOU WERE SELECTED FOR WHEN COMPLETING REGISTRATION

We are happy to be able to offer 3 monthly payments for registration with the FLRHA Association Fees this coming season; or you can pay 1 lump sum at anytime. I want to stress  that once you register and choose the payment plan option it will automatically deduct payments from the billing information you provided for the 2nd installment on August 9th and then again for the final installment on Sept 9th when payment will be completed. There is a processing fee of 3%, +1.00. The amount you will pay for the payment plan will be exactly the same as if you paid in full (except for the +3.00)

• IP- no payment play, pay in full
• MITE- no payment plan, pay in full
• SQ IND/PW IND/MIDGET- payment plan with breakdown as follows. Payment #1 326.00, Payment #2 Aug 9th 327.00, Payment #3 Sept 9th 327.00
• SQ/PW/BT TRAVEL- payment plan with breakdown as follows. Payment #1 460.00, Payment #2 Aug 9th 460.00, Payment #3 Sept 9th 460.00

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. You will need a copy of your child's OFFICAL birth certificate, USA hockey will not accept letters, passports, or birth announcements (if we do not have this on file they will be unable to take the ice, this is especially important for our IP/Mite level skaters.)


To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

USA Hockey Requirement: Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2018-2019 Season.

STEP 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation
number.
STEP 2:  CLICK HERE to go to the FLRHA registration and proceed. You will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
