With the approval to return to play there are some safety plans that must be followed. The COVID game day Screening be found on our the home page and must be filled out by all home and away players/coaches and spectators on day of game. 

FLRHA-  COVID SAFETY PLAN

  • Following all Community Recreational Center facility safety guidelines posted on www.crcithaca.com
  • All games, players and spectators are required to complete the "game day COVID screening form" www.fingerlakeshockey.com
  • All players and spectators will be temp checked at the entrance door -100.1 you will not be permitted entrance
  • Players and spectators are permitted to enter facility 30 minutes prior to game and must exit 15 minutes after the game.
  • Locker rooms for visitor teams are limited to 6 people per locker room, players are asked to attend games half-dressed and report to the designated changing area with restricted quantity of people per space and face coverings required. Home teams will not be permitted use of locker rooms. Disinfecting of the locker room space will be performed prior to next teams use and spaced by 1 hour between usage. 
  • Face coverings are required for the entire time once entering the facility for player, spectator and coaches
  • Bleachers have been marked with red tape 8ft separation - spectators are asked to stand on red tape and remain 8 ft apart while wearing face covering.
  • Glass viewing has been marked with blue tape in form of a X spectators viewing from glass area are not permitted to stand in blue tape area 
  • Water bottles must be brought from home and clearly marked per individual.
  • Shared equipment will be provided by Community Recreational Center and disinfected daily.   
  • Only 2 spectators per player allowed in the facility - capacity is 50% of the building occupancy fire code.

 

REQUIRED COVID-19 SCREENING FORM

The screening forms is REQUIRED to be completed by ALL Players and Spectators on day of game (before entering the CRC rink).

Should any PARTICIPANT, COACH or SPECTATOR answer "yes" or have a temperature above 100.1 you WILL NOT be permitted to enter the CRC rink today and it is advised you follow up with your health care provider.

All temperatures will also be checked at the door.
